Youth Volunteer Roles

Are you aged 14–17? Do you want to go beyond the pitch and build a CV that stands out? Corfe Mullen United Juniors is looking for the next generation of leaders to join our Young Volunteers Project.

Whether you’re interested in coaching, photography, event management, or leadership, this project gives you the platform to gain real-world experience in a supportive environment.

Volunteering isn’t just about "helping out"—it’s about investing in yourself. As a Young Volunteer, you will:

Earn Qualifications: We offer funded paths to FA Level 1 Coaching and Refereeing badges.

Boost Your CV: Perfect for UCAS personal statements, DofE requirements, or first-job applications.

Get Mentored: Work with experienced club leaders and coaches.

Lead the Way: Have a real say in how our club is run and help inspire our younger players.

Training Helper

Work alongside qualified coaches to set up equipment and assist with simple drills for our Mini-Kickers and junior squads. Help Train the U7-U11 squads and mentor younger players.

Matchday

Referee the younger age groups or help with running the line. More in to stats and analysis? You can provide support with that as well.

Media & Social

Help capture match photos and draft reports to showcase our teams' achievements on the club's official social media channels.

Event Helper

Support our annual tournaments and fundraising events or help out in the cafe.

Kit & Equipment

Help maintain and track the club's equipment and team kits.

Expectations & Safeguarding

At Corfe Mullen United Juniors F.C., our youth volunteers are vital members of the team. We expect all young helpers to be positive role models for our younger players, demonstrating reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to the club's values. By volunteering, you contribute to a safe and encouraging environment where everyone can enjoy the game.

Adhere to the club’s Safeguarding children policy at all times.

Uphold the FA Respect Codes of Conduct for coaches and officials.

Act with integrity, fairness, and sportsmanship during all club activities.

How to Get Involved

Ready to make a difference? Registering your interest is simple. Speak to your team coach or parent contact during training, or send an email directly to the club to find out more about available roles.
